Paint the area with two-tone gradient colors. In this example, it

Create a new layer above the previous one, let's just call it ZigZag1.
Pick a brighter color than those previous two-toned colors, in this
case it's red. Choose paint brush tool, set the brush size to 25 to
30, depends on how large the medium you're working on. Paint zig-zag
line along the length of the selected area.

Now go to Filter
menu, then Other,
choose Maximum.
A small pop-up menu will appear and set the radius to 3 or 4 pixels
until it looks something like the caption below (again, it depends
on how large the medium you're working on).

Create another new layer above the previous ones, call it ZigZag2.
This time pick a lot brighter color than those previous ones (close
to white). Repeat the steps in Step
2. Choose paint brush
tool, set the brush size to 25 to 30. Paint zig-zag line along the
length of the selected area.

Notes:
Apply Soft
Light to both layers
of ZigZag1
and ZigZag2. The purpose
is to soften the reflection. Now, it's done!
